I help my clients make changes in their career by addressing their challenges with a holistic yet strategic approach using elements of advisory, experience sharing, simulation, coaching and training.

Together we generate confidence, strengthen communication and interpersonal skills, talk through difficult topics in a safe environment and build a plan that supports growth and helps them take their career to the next level.

Career mentoring focuses on the individual's development, where I help you define what success and fulfillment means for you, we analyse your current situation then we co-create and execute a career development path that leads you to what you've defined as success.

The process

I work with you to discover your current situational needs and offer concrete advice that can quickly be applied.

Looking longer term, I work with you to co-create your vision of what good looks like to you in the future. Then we co-create a development path of activities and experience that deliver results, inspire feelings of achievement, increase self-belief and ultimately delivers on your vision.

Throughout the process which might take anything from 1 hour to multiple months - depending on the problem -we are constantly looking at ways in which you can develop.

Why mentoring?

It's a relationship that is built upon trust and respect for the mentee. A good mentor takes the time to understand your environment, the relationship you have with yourself, your role and the worries, anxieties or areas of anticipation you experience. Using a range of techniques, including coaching, advisory, training, practice and experience sharing the mentor's goal is to enable the mentee to deliver positive and confident results that are sustainable in both short and longer terms.
